The global study was conducted by Aon Hewitt in partnership with Fortune and The RBL Group, the HR strategy and Leadership consultancy founded by thought-leaders Dave Ulrich and Norm Smallwood.

Aegis was honored with the esteemed NCPEDP-Shell Helen Keller Award under the “Role Model Companies/NGOs/Institutions” category. The National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) has ranked Aegis 5th in the NASSCOM Top 15 BPO Exporters 2009–10. NASSCOM ranks BPO companies based on their delivery capabilities, revenue growth rate in 2009–10 and outlook for 2010–11. Aegis has also been ranked one of the NASSCOM
Top 10 IT–BPO Employers 2009–10.

Irving, Texas: The Aegis Communications Group centers in Irving, Texas were recognized for their efforts in promoting and growing the Irving area by the Irving Chamber of Commerce at the quarterly Newsmakers Reception at the Four Seasons Resort and Club on August 4, 2009. The centers were honored for the creation of over 700 jobs in Irving in the fall of 2009.
New York City: On August 12, 2009, the New York City center received an award for strategic partnership with the New York City Human Resources Administration. The partnership between HRA and Aegis New York has been very beneficial for both agencies. For the past two years, the HRA has assisted us in employing customer service and licensed agents.
Aegis New York has been instrumental in helping the HRA to provide employment to the city's displaced workers, people changing careers, parents returning to the workforce and entry-level workers. The candidates Aegis New York employed through HRA over the past year have an 80 percent retention
rate. We look forward to our continued success with New York City HRA and to helping the people of New York.
